Return Rules (operational settings)

These automatically apply to orders and control how returns work:

• Return window
  • customers have 15 day to request a return after delivery.
  • the object must be in the original condition.
• Return shipping costs
  • customer pay for returning delivery in all cases except for return for manufacturing defects 
  • money refund occurs within 15 working days.
• Restocking fee
  • no restocking fee added.
• Final sale items
  • products or collections that aren't eligible for returns ( perishable items, custom products, or heavily discounted items)

Return rules are saved to each order when placed, so changes only affect future orders.
